Cancellations made 30 days or more before the beginning of the stay are eligible for a refund of the full reservation deposit minus a 25 euro processing fee.

Guests who cancel after the 30 deadline will lose their full reservation deposit. (Article 1590 of the civil code states that whenever a reservation is cancelled, the hotel owner has the right to retain the deposit. The article does not make exceptions for circumstances beyond our control such as: professional activity, serious illness, death...).
