L’Orri de Planès - Trailside Eco-lodge

In order to best serve the largest number of people, we have made the following decisions in relation to the Orri's daily operation:
		Kitchen.
		Bedding.
		Smoking.
		Pets.
		Groups.
		Terrace.
		Barbecue.

The Orri’s barbecue is available for the use of the Refugi’s guests (except when we are using it to prepare a meal for our guests in the Orri). If you wish to have a cookout, you’ll need to collect your own firewood or bring your own charcoal. When you finish, please leave the barbecue area clean.

The Refugi’s terrace is equipped with benches and picnic tables. It also has two large dishwashing sinks.

Out of respect for non smokers, smoking is prohibited in the refuge.
We ask all smokers to smoke outside of the building.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at the Orri provided that their owners take responsibility for them at all times during their stay. If you come to the Orri with your dog, we will expect you to:
•	Keep them on a leash at all times when in or around the lodge buildings (for the respect of our other guests as well as our own dogs and cats).
•	Make sure that they do their necessities outside of the immediate perimeter of the lodge buildings.
•	Take them with you whenever you leave the premises. (It is strictly prohibited to leave your dog inside or outside the inn when you are not here!).
•	Keep them off the beds. We reserve the right to inspect your room before departure and to add any damages your dog may have caused to your bill.
If you plan to bring your dog with you, please advise at the time you make your reservation. Note that we charge a 5 euro cleaning supplement per night for each dog.

If you come with a group that doesn't occupy the entire refuge, remember that you will be sharing the public spaces with others. This means keeping down the noise level, especially when others are sleeping, etc.
Information for reserving the entire refuge:


The Refugi's kitchen is equipped with:
•	Cooking appliances (gas cooker, electric oven, extractor, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender and juicer).
•	Everything needed for cooking and serving meals (plates, glasses, cups, various sized pots and pans, baking trays, salad bowls, etc.).
•	Cleaning material (kitchen rags, sponges, dishwashing liquid, disinfectant for bathrooms, broom, mop, vacuum cleaner) .

The beds in the Refugi are equipped with bottom sheets and pillows with pillow covers. Top sheets, blankets and towels are not furnished.
Hikers who carry their own liners can borrow a sleeping bag for no charge.
If need be, we offer the option of renting a sleeping bag with liner and/or a towel for a small additional fee .
