L’Orri de Planès - Trailside Eco-lodge

•	Check-in time: after 4 p.m.
•	Check-out time: before 12 noon.
•	Breakfast : 8-10 a.m. (on request, can be earlier for hikers)
•	Lunch (only July and August) : noon – 2 p.m.
•	Dinner : 8 p.m. (exception : Fridays and arrival days, until 10.30 p.m.)


The Orri is open 7 days a week during two seasons of four months each.
•	Winter: June through September
•	Summer: December through March
The Orri is closed in Spring (April and May) and Autumn (October and November)..
Consult our vacancy calendar for the exact dates we are opened and closed during the current year.

A WIFI connection is available every afternoon from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Orri's dining room.
A portable computer is also available for our guests' use during these hours.

Given that many people come to the mountains to escape from the stress of modern life, we do not have a television room.
There is one television in the inn, but we only use it on special occasions to view major sports events, to watch films, etc.

Out of respect for non smokers, smoking is prohibited in the inn.
We ask all smokers to smoke outside of the building.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at the Orri provided that their owners take responsibility for them at all times during their stay. If you come to the Orri with your dog, we will expect you to:
•	Keep them on a leash at all times when in or around the lodge buildings (for the respect of our other guests as well as our own dogs and cats).
•	Make sure that they do their necessities outside of the immediate perimeter of the lodge buildings.
•	Take them with you whenever you leave the premises. (It is strictly prohibited to leave your dog inside or outside the inn when you are not here!).
•	Keep them off the beds. We reserve the right to inspect your room before departure and to add any damages your dog may have caused to your bill.
If you plan to bring your dog with you, please advise at the time you make your reservation. Note that we charge a 5 euro cleaning supplement per night for each dog.

Meals: At the Orri, we serve flavorful meals prepared with fresh, local and organic products that vary according to the season. We believe that the development of taste should be part of children’s education, and we consider that our healthy and balanced menus are appropriate for everyone. We do not offer special meals for children.
If you wish to bring, store and heat your own baby food, you will find a fridge and a microwave oven at your disposal in the dining room. We also have several high chairs for guests’ use. (Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot allow Orri guests access to our professionel kitchen.)

Beds: We have two folding cribs available for guests’ free use. If you would like to reserve a crib, please advise when you make your reservation.

Baby backpack: We have a child carrier pack that we lend without charge to all Orri guests.

Laundry: We have a wash sink and a self serve washer and drier available for your use. (Both machines have a capacity of 8 kg and the fee for each is 5 euros per load.)

Babies less than one year old stay free.
One and two year olds pay 10 euros per night (20 euros if they occupy a bed).
Three year olds enter the regular « Child » price range and pay corresponding child rates.

Meals: We consider that our healthy meals are appropriate for everyone and do not offer special children's meals.
Guests who wish to bring, store and heat their own baby food will find a fridge and a microwave oven at their disposal in the dining room. (Please note that you do not have access to the Orri’s kitchen to prepare your children’s meals.)
For your convenience, we also have several high chairs in the dining room.

If you come with a group that doesn't occupy the entire house, remember that you will be sharing the public spaces with others. This means keeping down the noise level, especially when others are sleeping, etc.
If you come with a group of more than 15 people, we strongly encourage you to consider reserving the entire house. Information for reserving the entire house:
